Travel information about Canyon, Texas

Canyon is located in the High Plains region of the Texas Panhandle. Canyon visitors enjoy the Fair on the Square festival in October. Canyon also attracts crowds for the full day of activities during its July 4th celebration. The Panhandle-Plains Historical Museum makes history interesting to one and all. One can also see 12 wheat combines stuck halfway in the ground at Combine City along the road to Palo Duro Canyon.
