Chocolate covered cherry Pie
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 can cherry pie filling
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 can sweetened condensed milk
8 maraschino cherries
1/2 tsp. salt
In a saucepan, over low heat, bring chips, milk and salt to a boil, stirring continuously until blended. Remove from heat. Mix with pie filling and extract. Pour into pie crust. Chill at least 2 hours. Garnish with cherries. Serves 8.
