2 cups sweet potatoes mashed - hot
1/2 cup Crisco
3 cups sifted flour
7 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sugar
Sift flour, sugar and baking powder and salt; add Crisco to hot potatoes.
Mix well, and roll out on floured board 1/2 inch thick. Brush tops slightly
with butter and bake 12 to 15 minutes in a 475o oven.
