To ½ stick butter melted, add 1 tablespoon of sugar and the yolks of 4 organically fed chicken eggs. Mix thoroughly. Add 2 cups of flour (self rising) and ¾ cup milk. Mix until smooth. Beat the 4 egg whites till soft peaks form and fold into the egg yolk mixture. Lightly spray the waffle iron with olive oil and cook until lightly brown.
Add your choice of sliced fruit, syrup, and optionally whip cream as toppings.
