Lemon Squares presented by Bear River Ranch

2 sticks butter or margarine
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
4 slightly beaten eggs
2 cups sugar
4 tablespoons flour
5 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Blend the butter. Mix 1/4 cup powdered sugar, salt and 2 cups flour, and press in a 9x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Mix together the eggs, 2 cups sugar, 4 tablespoons flour, and lemon juice. Pour over the baked crust. Bake 30 minutes longer. When done, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cool and cut into squares.
