The Grandison has eight lovely rooms, each unique in its design and furnishings.
Each room has a private bath with a whirlpool tub and/or shower, a TV with cable,
and a DVD player. If you are trying break out of those hotel doldrums but you are
on a per diem program we will work with you! Make sure to ask your innkeeper.

Grandison Policies
  • Our check in time is 4 pm or later, and check out is by 12 pm.
  • If your reservation date falls within the next 30 days, payment is taken in full at the time of reservation unless prior arrangements are made.
  • If your reservation falls outside of 30 days your reservation must be secured by a deposit: half the total amount of your stay.
  • The balance will be charged at 30 days before your reservation unless prior arrangements are made.
  • These payments can be made with cash, check, or major credit/debt card.
  • Grandison Cancellation Policy: Deadline to cancel or change reservation is 7 days prior to your reservation. For reservations with at least 7 days notice we will gladly refund your deposit less a $15 room processing fee. If your reservation is canceled within 7 days of the stay, the guest can choose to receive a gift certificate in the value of your deposit or be charged for the reservation.
  • The Grandison is a non-smoking facility. Outdoor smoking areas are provided on the back landing, front porch, and in the side yard. Guests smoking in the rooms will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning charge.
  • Dogs are welcome but must be crated if left in the room unattended. Barking dogs make it difficult for other guests to enjoy their stay, so please consider leaving a noisier dog at home. Due to allergies of the Innkeepers and other guests, we ask that cats not be brought to the rooms.
  • We welcome children of all ages. Please allow us to help you select a room that will be best for you, your children, and other guests. We do ask that they not play on the stairs or in the halls at any time. We have a lovely, kid friendly side yard for them to enjoy. Rollaways and porta-cribs are available for an additional charge.
  • Please inform the Innkeepers if you plan any special decorating of your room. Confetti and tapered candles are not permitted for cleaning and safety reasons. Please clear all other special needs with the Innkeeper.
