Renaissance Room, West Wing pictured here. This spacious and beautifully restored barn, located in the heart of Amish country, was once the home of Honey Run Dairy Co., providing cheese and dairy products to the area in the early 1900's. Today, its charm has been enhanced by retaining the original barn beams that contrast with Victorian elegance throughout the Inn.

Travel information about Ohio

Ohio has many attractions, including the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland. Another famous landmark is the Zanesville Y-bridge, which is built at the intersection of the Muskingum and Licking Rivers, one part was built to the middle of the river, and the others forking left and right. Ohio has always been cutting edge. Oberlin College was the first college in the US to admit women, the Cincinnati Red Stockings was the first professional baseball team in 1869, Akron was the first city to use police cars, Cleveland became the first city to be lighted by electricity in 1879 and installed the first traffic light in 1914. It is also the birthplace of Life Savers, invented by Clarence Crane in Cleveland in 1912. An Ohio bed and breakfast presents visitors with a more fulfilling personal experience than a large hotel.
