There are seven guestrooms in the main house, six guestrooms in our country cottages and two master suites. All rooms have private baths and breathtaking views of the White Mountain Presidential Range. There are eleven rooms with fireplaces, porches and private decks and five suites with whirlpool/two person soaking tubs.

Rates and Policies

  • Guestroom rates range from $100 to $380 per night. To make reservations, please visit our web site for availability and rates.
  • All rates are per room, double occupancy and include full breakfast, afternoon tea and refreshments.
  • Dinner is available Thursday - Sunday and nightly in foliage season by reservation.
  • All rates are subject to 8% NH Rooms and Meals Tax.
  • All rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Sugar Hill is a non-smoking inn. Noncompliance will result in a $100 surcharge.
  • A two-night stay is required during Fall Foliage Season, Holiday weekends and during Special Event Weekends.
  • A deposit of one night or one half of your stay is required to secure a reservation by credit card or check within 7 days.
  • In the event of cancellation, deposit will be returned less a $25 processing fee per room, if notice is received prior to 14 days of reservation date.
  • A certificate shall be issued and must be used within 6 months only if we re-rent the room.
