Named after the lush blueberries cultivated on the property just outside Banner Elk, North Carolina, The Villa luxuriously accommodates sixteen people in eight distinctive bedrooms. Each suite boasts its own private bath complete with Jacuzzi bathtub. Several suites feature flat screen TVs and beautiful gas fireplaces. Also located on the estate is Banner Elk Winery . Visit the Winery and sample our excellent wines made from locally grown grapes which reflect the unique characteristics of the Appalacian Mountains. Offering multiple options, you may choose to rent individual rooms or the entire villa for corporate retreats, family gatherings, or as an exclusive destination for intimate weddings. Situated on more than seven acres, this 6,000 square foot inn caters to your individual needs and desires. With indoor areas for intimate weddings and outdoor areas for larger weddings, you have your choice for a ceremony at any time of year. Our Winery Tasting Room overlooking the mountain ridges, vineyard, and private trout pond provides an excellent venue for receptions of any kind with room for dinner and dancing. Our outdoor firepit is a place to gather with friends and family to celebrate.

When it comes to service, the Blueberry Villa & Banner Elk Winery sets the bar and is prepared to perfectly fit the needs of any gathering. We are happy to help you find the day trips and excursions to suit your interests. The High Country provides opportunites for golf, fly fishing, horseback riding, rafting, mountain biking as well as or skiing, snowboarding, and tubing. Appalachian State University, Grandfather Mountain, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Linville Falls and Caverns are just afew of the must sees. Antique shops and boutiques are available for the shopping enthusiast, and Banner Elk and the surrounding towns of Blowing Rock, Boone, and Linville offer a number of excellent dining choices.

Guest Rates:

• $169-$189 per night for Blueberry, Bordeaux, and Pino Grigio Suites.
• $189-$209 per night for Chardonnay, Zinfandel, and Seyval Blanc Grande Suites.
• $219-$249 per night for Alicante Barrel and Cabernet Grande Fireplace Suites.
• $1680 per night for use of the entire Villa (maximum of 16 guests): some special events require a minimum stay of two nights.
• Rates are subject to a NC 7% sales tax.
