Surrounded by over forty private acres,
The Maguire House beckons you to stop and stay awhile.

Built in 1764, this historic home was one of Ashburnham's first inns and remained a haven for travelers until 1898 when it became a private residence. Wishing to share the rich tradition that was first established in this beautiful home over two hundred years ago, we opened as a bed and breakfast in 1997.

In your room you will find fresh flowers, gourmet chocolates, bottled water, and refreshments. Exquisite bedding, fluffy down comforters, handmade quilts, spa bathrobes, oriental rugs, and Crabtree & Evelyn amenities are provided to make your stay thoroughly relaxing and memorable. Free wireless internet and phone service is available throughout the inn. Combine all of these with the magnificent view of the lake and mountains and you may never want to leave.
