Eastholme in the Rockies

Eastholme in the Rockies Bed and Breakfast is an 1885 Victorian inn located near Pikes Peak, just west of Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. Come and experience the mountain views and the natural beauty of Pikes Peak as an ideal backdrop for the perfect Colorado mountain wedding. Eastholme’s ambiance and character captures the refined elegance of days past.

The B&B can accommodate groups of up to 50 guests outdoors in our beautiful wedding gazebo with mountain views as your backdrop. Indoors, groups of up to 25 guests can be accommodated in our elegant Victorian parlor by the fireplace. Wedding ceremonies held at Eastholme include traditional, casual, Victorian, Renaissance, and Native American. An onsite wedding designer is available to help plan your special day. All packages for weddings, elopements, renewal of vows, receptions, and catering can be customized to address the individual needs of each couple. Marriage Licenses for Colorado

Couples may marry after receiving their marriage license, there is no waiting period in Colorado. Both parties must apply in person (or one party may apply by affidavit). You will need social security numbers and photo ID's. The cost of license is ten dollars. If you need additional information, please call the County Clerk's office:

The Ultimate Affair Wedding Package is designed for an intimate setting of up to 50 guests for an outdoor wedding and accommodations for up to 26 guests in the inn . Indoor weddings can accommodate up to 25 guests comfortably. The contract price for the Ultimate Affair Wedding Package includes the following:

Your wedding is a time of family sharing and reunions of friends from afar. Your guests can relax and enjoy the festivities in celebration of your special day. The contract price for the Dream Wedding by Design Package includes the following:

• Rehearsal coordination
• Consultant and planner for service providers

The contract price for the Colorado Rocky Mountain Wedding Package includes the following:

The Intimate Wedding & Honeymoon Package is perfect for a small gathering of family and close friends for an intimate Colorado mountain wedding ceremony indoors in the formal parlor by the fireplace or outdoors in the wedding gazebo. Designed for 10 or less people, the package includes one of our romantic honeymoon cottages, complete with fireplace and Jacuzzi tub.

The contract price for the Intimate Wedding & Honeymoon Package includes the following:

• Wedding officiant
• Bride & groom and up to ten guests
• Two-night stay in one of our honeymoon cottages (Primrose Cottage or Columbine Cottage) or the Marriott Hewlett Bridal Suite

A renewal of your wedding vows is a time to pause and reflect on where you have been and where you are going. Renewing your commitment is a meaningful, touching, and revivifying ceremony for you and your children, family, and friends. An excellent gift for mom and dad from the children. This package is designed for a small gathering of 10 people or less.

• A highly skilled and licensed Massage Therapist can be arranged for a two-hour massage in the privacy of your room.
• Traditional Swedish massage, deep tissue, prenatal, and post-natal. The bride and groom each enjoy a 60-minute massage.

• Six-course gourmet dinner prepared by a Personal Chef and served in the privacy of your room for the bride and groom.

Payment Schedule: A deposit of 50% of all costs is due and payable upon receipt of the signed event contract with Eastholme in the Rockies Bed and Breakfast, which guarantees your date. The remaining 50% is due and payable 90 days before the event.

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $250 is collected at time of check-in on the first day of the event. Security deposit is refunded within 10 days of check-out if there are no damages and the facility has been left in good condition.

Cancellation Policy: The 50% deposit is non-refundable should the event be cancelled at any time for any reason. Cancellation ninety (90) days or less from the first day of the scheduled stay will result in forfeiture of the remaining 50% fees, plus taxes.
