a perfect base for Bay Area explorations, and a place to be that will lift your spirit.

Looking into the living area with morning sun coming in through the east-side windows, highlighting the central post-and-beam detail. Shoji screens, above the windows in their stowed positions, swing down to soften the light. Recessed fixtures in the window wells create glowing Japanese lanterns in the evening.

  • Full kitchen/bath (shower and deep soaking tub with air jets)
  • Unique, eclectic furnishings (comfortable queen-size bed)
  • Delightful gas fireplace for fall and winter warmth; comfortable on the hottest days without air conditioning

  • Only non-toxic, enviro-friendly cleaning products are used at Spruce Canyon

  • Two-night minimum
  • Continental breakfast fare provided for short-term stays
  • Reduced rates for extended visits
  • A deposit is required; amount varies with length of stay, balance due at check-in
  • Two weeks notice of cancellation is needed for deposit refund
  • Check in after 3 p.m.; Check-out time by 12 noon
