In addition to the Acacia Suite, Acacia House now offers the Upstairs Guest Room with Hill View on the third floor of Acacia House. Best suited for one to two guests who can manage stairs as there is no elevator. Great view of the Oakland hills. Amenities include: private bath with shower, wireless DSL internet service, mini-refrigerator, welcome bottle of wine. No breakfast service, television, or telephone is included. Ideal for a guest accompanying guests staying in the Acacia Suite. Two night minimum stay.

EXTENDED STAY SPECIAL (08/01/2009 thru 11/30/2009)
A 10 % discounted rate is available for guests who stay for seven full nights at Acacia House for the months of August - November 2009. Please ask for this rate when making your reservation.

ACACIA SUITE: 1 to 2 persons staying 7 consecutive nights.
Rate: $945 plus taxes.

UPSTAIRS GUEST ROOM WITH PRIVATE BATH: 1 to 2 persons 7 consecutive nights stay.
Rate: $787.50 plus taxes.

MIDWEEK SPECIAL (08/07/2009 thru 11/30/2009)
Upstairs Guest Room with Private Bath is available for a midweek special for one to two guests. Ideal for the guest who is traveling for business or is on the go. Amenities: wireless DSL, robes, hairdryer, mini-refrigerator. No telephone, television, or food service provided.

Rate: $115 per night plus taxes

BUSIINESS TRAVEL SPECIAL (08/08/2009 thru 11/30/2009)
Upstairs Guest Room with Private Bath is available for a midweek special for one to two guests. Ideal for the guest who is traveling for business or is on the go. Amenities: wireless DSL, robes, hairdryer, coffee maker, and mini-refrigerator. No telephone, television, or food service provided.

Rate: $115 per night plus taxes
