Central AC and heating plus ceiling fans. There are Mexican Saltillo tile floors throughout with exception of bedrooms, which are carpeted. The nicely decorated living room has a wood-burning fireplace, CD player, satellite 27" TV, VCR, and private phone with answering machine for free local calls - use your credit or calling card for long distance. One bedroom has a king bed and a closet, the other has a full bed and armoire. In the large bathroom there is a Mexican tiled shower. The full kitchen has a stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, garbage disposal and coffee maker.

Reservations may be held with a credit card number, if this method of deposit is preferred, pending receipt of a check. For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge.
